This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website raggamon.com (hereinafter, 'the Site') and the services provided through it. Accessing the Site implies express acceptance of the conditions set forth herein.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
All content on the Site — including, but not limited to, texts, images, logos, icons, source code and graphic design — is the property of Manel Andreu Pérez or third parties who have authorised its use. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of such content without prior written authorisation is expressly prohibited.
The software underlying the Raggamon platform is distributed under the terms of its corresponding licence, available in the project's official repository.
4. Liability
Raggamon does not guarantee the availability, continuity or infallibility of the Site and its services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Raggamon shall not be liable for damages caused by service interruption, computer viruses or fraudulent use of the Site.
The Raggamon platform acts as an infrastructure provider. Data processed through the user's RAG systems is the exclusive responsibility of the user. Raggamon does not access or control the content stored in the user's own infrastructure (MongoDB Atlas, Supabase).
5. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Raggamon is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those sites. The inclusion of a link does not imply recommendation or endorsement of the linked site.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the owner's registered address, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
