Terms of Use

1. Service description

Raggamon is a BYOI (Bring Your Own Infrastructure) SaaS platform that allows users to build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using their own third-party infrastructure (MongoDB Atlas, Supabase, OpenAI / Anthropic). Raggamon acts as an orchestrator and does not store your end-user data.

2. Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract. By registering you represent that all information you provide is truthful and accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and access credentials.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Raggamon only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You agree NOT to: (a) use the service to process illegal, infringing, or harmful content; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform; (c) resell or sublicense access without written authorisation; (d) abuse the service in ways that compromise availability for other users.

4. Your infrastructure and data

You retain full ownership of all data stored in your own MongoDB Atlas and Supabase instances. Raggamon only stores encrypted metadata (API keys, connection strings) necessary to orchestrate your pipelines. You are solely responsible for the legal compliance of data you process through Raggamon (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

5. Billing and cancellation

Specific pricing and billing terms are communicated at subscription time. You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon cancellation, encrypted credentials are immediately deleted; platform metadata may be retained for the legally required period.

6. Warranties and liability

The service is provided 'AS IS' without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raggamon and Manel Andreu Pérez shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual property

The Raggamon platform, including its code, design and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Manel Andreu Pérez. No licence to use our intellectual property is granted beyond what is strictly necessary to use the service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, with the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
